These seminars will explore new studies and associated practical applications when working with children and young people with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. Centred on global best practice, these seminars are designed for professionals who work with and support the needs of those with a diagnosis.

About: Betty Vattakunnel is an occupational therapist at Irabina Autism Services originally from the USA and recently relocated to Australia. She comes with 13+ years of experience with Texas Children’s Hospital and is a certified autism specialist through IBCCES. She also brings with her Sensory Processing Disorder training from the STAR institute which is founded by Dr. Lucy Miller. She is passionate about educating others about SPD and giving others the tools and insight into understanding their child/clients with SPD.
