Position Description – Marketing and Campaigns Manager

Reports to: Head of Marketing and Communications

Purpose:

The Marketing and Campaigns Manager’s primary role is increase awareness of Irabina’s service delivery and broader activities, with an ultimate aim of increasing the number of families and professionals accessing our services.
The successful candidate will be expected to plan, construct, deliver and report on campaigns and projects to a range of audiences utilising both ABL and BTL tactics. This role requires a creative thinker who can work within tight budgets, whilst engaging a variety of community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides expert advice and support in developing, implementing and evaluating campaign plans and strategies to support Irabina’s strategic imperatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of complex communication strategies and campaigns, including approval processes, budget and contractor management.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and with quality outputs.
  • Provide high level strategic communication advice and maintain effective engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Continue to monitor and report on progress of projects being able to recognise barriers and find effective solutions.
  • Ensure campaigns align with Irabina’s overall strategies and reflects brand strategy.
  • Provide support and assistance across the functions and activities delivered in the portfolio as requested by the Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • Contributes to the development of a highly effective team by participating in and contributing to team meetings, strategic and corporate planning meetings, team work plans and relevant cross unit working groups.
  • Is responsible at all times for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working as a marketing or communications professional.
  • Able to manage multiple conflicting needs and prioritise effectively.
  • Designs, implements and manages all facets of a project including resources, personnel, activities, vendors, timelines, deadlines, and materials.
  • Ability to utilise data and evidence with creativity to develop campaigns that genuinely raise awareness and change behaviour.
  • Communicates effectively and builds relationships will all stakeholders of the project.
  • Structures written communications effectively to achieve their purpose.
  • Experience in marketing automation and consumer experience design.
